I CAN’T WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER!

All orders placed by 6 PM IST are shipped the same day. For domestic shipments (Within India), please allow 4-5 business days for your package to arrive.

For international shipments, it takes approximately 8-9 business days to receive your package. Although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department.

Express delivery is available at an extra charge of INR 200 for domestic shipments

IS MY PERSONAL AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Without doubt!! All the payment processing is secured through Razorpay, the most used encrypted security merchant site on the web. Furthermore, your credit card information is never stored on file. If you’re still hesitant, you can make the payment using e-wallets and direct bank transfer via GooglePay.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic shipping & handling is FREE.

International Shipping & Handling depends on the country. We ship worldwide.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking receipt, and other details, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and desired address.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not 100% satisfied with our product. You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. You can mail the product back to us on following address: 139, Padmavati Colony-B, Nirman Nagar, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur-302019

Once we receive the package, you will receive a refund minus a shipping and handling fee incurred by us.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within a few hours after you place your order to [email protected], there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time!

If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus a shipping and handling fee.

We accept all types of payments.

WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH?

If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information please make sure of the following:

  • The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code
  • The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem)
  • You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to check out
